Objective: The main goal is to optimize the elemental composition of alloys, by adding dopants and improvement of manufacturing nanostructured anisotropic sintered magnets based on variance-hardening magnetic alloys with high temperature stability by using different methods of grinding, sintering and thermomagnetic treatment. The paper by powder metallurgy received mahnitozhorstki variance solidifies Fe-Cr-Co alloys. As dopants were chosen tungsten, titanium and molybdenum, which are expanding region being ?- solid solution. Found that in alloys with 16 wt. % Cobalt vacuum sintering provides a two-phase samples with a relative density of 95-96%. The microstructure after sintering, characterized BCC solid solution based on the basic elements: iron, chromium and cobalt fallout and secondary ?-phase enriched in chrome. Found that the optimal sintering temperature T = 1300 0C elemental composition by volume almost homogeneous samples. However, an increase to the sintering temperature T = 1320 0C promotes evaporation of chromium and leads to considerable heterogeneity of microstructure on the volume of the sample. The relative density is correlated with magnetic parameters (coercive force and residual induction). The greatest relative density of 96% and magnetic properties Hc = 30 kA / m and Br = 0,7 T received the samples that have been vacuum sintering at T = 1300 0C Product Description popup.authors І. В.
