The scientific foundation and methodology are elaborated: for determination the routs of introduction of the Se,Te-atom in model heterocycle's content; for realization of investigation of obtained compound's bio-activity in vitro. As results, the strategy of directed synthesis of bio-active compounds has been formulated. The techniques of formation and bio-investigation of Se(Te-)containing heterocycles are elaborated. The biological investigation of bactericidal and fungicidal activity also has been realized. It is possible to note about positive effects of elaborated strategy of directed synthesis of bio-active compounds due to the fact of result's introduction.
