Preparative methods for the preparation of 4-acylaminomethylbenzenesulphonyl chlorides, their separation from the mixture of p- and o-isomers, sodium and potassium salts of various 4-substituted benzene-alkanthiosulfonic acids - intermediate products for obtaining alkylic, cycloalkyl, alkyl-functionalized, chinocarboxylic and heterocyclic thiosulfonesters on their basis have been developed. The dependence of the flow and duration of reactions between the synthesized salts of 4-substituted benzene-alkanthiosulfonic acids and alkylating agents of different structures, as well as 2- (3-) chloro-methyl-1-methyl-1H-benzo [f] indole-4,9- dions depending on the position of the chloromethyl substituent in the pyrrole nucleus. The perspective directions of experimental research of new synthesized S-esters of thiosulfonic acids on the basis of computer forecasting results are determined.
