However, bioremediation is often ineffective because of hydrophobicity, toxicity of pollutants, and their low bioavailability. Therefore, the actual goal is to develop integrated cleaning approaches with the use of effective purifying stimulants. In experiments, preparations, based on microorganisms-destructors of hydrocarbons, isolated from contaminated objects, were obtained. The role of plants, as well as stimulants (thiosulfonates, biologically surface-active substances, and chemical oxidants) in the processes of soil and water purification from oil contamination has been determined. Samples of thiosulfonate biocides were synthesized and their physical, chemical and biological properties were investigated. The stimulatory influence of rhamnolipid biosurfactants, thiosulfonates and their compositions (at low concentrations) on the growth of plants on soils contaminated with oil, in particular, the improvement of their morphometric and biochemical parameters, was established. It was established the effectiveness of bioremediation of contaminated soils with the use of created microbial preparations. The experiments with complex use of microbial preparations, plants, thiosulfonates, biosurfactants, chemical oxidants in laboratory and field conditions and optimal variants of remediation of contaminated objects have been determined. Recommendations on the application of the developed technologies and the draft of technological regulation are developed.
