The migration activity of the cells is proposed to be evaluated as the dynamics of the increase in the radius of the rolled cell colony in time. It is determined that the highest migration activity is inherent in cells for 2 days and significantly decreases by the third. The proposed model was tested on spheroids exposed to rapamycin (the mTOR / S6K signaling pathway) and its significant depressant effect on locomotor properties of MCF-7 cells was confirmed.
