The purpose of the work is to create the mechano-technological bases of resource-saving production and use of biofuels in energetically autonomous agroecosystems. Methods of research - were based on the development of scientific publications and informational materials of periodical scientific works; Theoretical studies were based on the laws of solid, liquid and gaseous environments, in particular the mechanics of materials, methods of analytical and differential geometry, methods of theoretical and analytical mechanics, fluid mechanics (hydraulics), gas mechanics (thermodynamics), aerodynamics; the main tasks for determining the optimal parameters of technical equipment and equipment were determined using factor planning experiments based on plans that minimize dispersion; the optimization criteria were determined taking into account the specific energy intensity and quality indices of the received biofuels; the processing of experimental data was carried out using methods of mathematical statistics, methods of averages and smallest squares. The economic assessment was carried out in accordance with the existing standards by determining the cost, profitability and payback period of the equipment and means of mechanization. In the course of the work, an imitation model of agroecosystem operation with biofuel production was developed, which allows to establish the basic indices of agricultural production at the deficit-free balance of humus. It is established that the greatest economic effect can be obtained in a balanced agroecosystem that combines crop production, livestock production and biofuel production, while providing a deficit-free humus balance. It is established that the main characteristics of the process of obtaining high-quality diesel biofuels are the efficiency of mixing and energy consumption. The rational values ??of the hydromechanical mixer parameters based on the compromise have been substantiated, which combines the necessity of providing normative quality indices and the minimum power consumption when using hydromechanical mixing for the production of diesel biofuels. A mathematical model for determining the effective length of the jet from the pressure in the nozzle nozzle and the diameter of the nozzle is obtained by hydrodynamically stirring the mixture of vegetable oils and catalysts. It was established that the production of diesel biofuel from oil derived from the processing of grain of oilseed crops could replace the needs for diesel fuel by 6-7% of the total amount of diesel fuel consumption in agrarian production. On the basis of experimental research the regression equation of the change of hourly fuel consumption from the variable traction resistance of the working aggregate and the content of diesel biofuel in the fuel mixture is obtained. The simulation of the effect of the engine idling mode on the time and fuel consumption during fuel heating in the tank is performed. The rational values ??of the angular velocity of the rotating methane tin, in which uniform mixing and interpenetration of the mineral and organic components of the substrate will be ensured, are established. The obtained dependencies allow to determine the depth of immersion of the rotating biogas reactor in a liquid and the coefficient of filling the biomass reactor, which provides the minimum energy costs for the rotation of the bioreactor. The specific air flow rates in the boiler and their distribution for generation of generator gas and gas combustion, as well as the uniform distribution of air to the region of formation and combustion of gas and the resistance of air distributors, are established. Due to this, as well as the supply of additional air to the combustion chamber of the boiler, it is achieved to increase the return of heat compared with direct combustion of straw in boilers of another type to a value up to 19%. The production cost and the level of profitability of biofuel production are determined.
