On the basis of comparison of simulation results with existing experimental data, it was concluded that the effects observed in experiments, are due exclusively to electron-electron interaction and the influence of external fields and are not related to the features of electron-capture interaction. An experiments were conducted to study the magnetic susceptibility of 3He monolayer adsorbed by the internal surface of the nanostructured substrate MCM-41 by NMR. It is shown that the behavior of relative magnetization in monolayers 3He corresponds to the Curie law in the studied temperature range (1.3 - 8.0 K). The peculiarities of magnetic relaxation in a 1.35 monolayer 3He were studied and the contributions of the solid and liquid phases to the spin-echo amplitude were separated.
