Thin films with various copper content based on Cu6PS5I compound were deposited by non-reactive radio-frequency magnetron sputtering; their structural, mechanical, electrical and optical properties were studied. It was shown that with copper content increase the electrical conductivity and refractive index of thin films nonlinearly increase while the energy pseudogap nonlinearly decreases. Raman scattering spectra of thin films and their transformation with copper content increase were investigated. The temperature behavior of Urbach absorption edge which was explaned by strong electron-phonon interaction were studied. The influence of annealing and irradiation on optical properties of Cu6PS5I-based thin films was investigated. The main trends of thin films practical application for solid electrolyte energy sources, ionistors, supercapacitors and sensors were developed.
