AMPL-programs have been created and the efficiency of standard software for the solving of Boolean problems has been investigated. The graphical and program interface has been developed for the employment of AMPL-programs in Manevr-New web-oriented system. Both sequential and parallel algorithms for the solving of separable quadratic programming problem have been developed. Algorithms have been implemented in Octave language by means of using of OpenBLAS library as well as in C++ language with the use of Nvidia CUDA technology. Algorithms have been tested during the solving of problems on the evaluation of electric loading of power units for different intensity loading schedules of TES involved in UES of Ukraine.
