Object of study: the processes of modernization of the institutional structure of international finance, taking into account perspective directions of improvement of the strategy of reforming the public finance management system in Ukraine. Objective: to explore ways to strengthen the coordination of the strategy of reforming the public finance management system with the grounding of ways to introduce better international experience, ensuring integration into the international financial space and improving the crisis management of the national financial system. Methods of research: analysis, synthesis, system approach, induction, deduction, comparison, systematization, statistical method, graphical method. The following results were obtained: the structural and system aspects of the modernization of the institutional structure of international finance were researched, in particular, the global coordination challenges in the institutional system of international finance were analyzed, the theoretical and methodological principles of reforming the national systems of management of public finances in the context of the transformation of international finance were formulated, directions of possible influence of the development of the digital economy on processes of coordination in international finances are determined, the tendencies of digitization of functions of the world money and the peculiarities of regulation in the field of innovation-information financial technologies are systematized; prospective directions of modernization of the provisions of the national strategy for reforming the public finance management system in the context of the development of international finances are explored and grounded, in particular, in improving the coordination of attracting foreign capital as a factor of modernization of the strategy of reforming the public finance management system for 2017-2020, were explored and substantiated, the perspective directions of the modernization of positions the national strategy for reforming the public finance management system in the context of the transformation of institutes of international finance development are analyzed and summarized.
