The objects of the study are the methods and models that extend the functional capabilities of the space geo-monitoring. The purpose of the work is to develop the scientific basis and increase the efficiency of space geo-monitoring using system analysis of the relation between spatial, spectral and temporal characteristics of the objects. Research methods are system analysis, fractal analysis, field research, spectral measurements, digital processing of aerospace images, computer and analytical modeling. Results: - theoretical and methodical bases of statistical models of dynamics of changes of structures of complex systems which are self-organizing are developed using geo-monitoring data; - the methods of determination of informative features based on the relation between spatial, spectral and time data of remote Earth studies are substantiated; - new methods for assessing the condition of urban areas using remote aerospace research and determination of the ecological and reclamation state of delta landscapes in the Dnieper basin based on remote sensing and ground measurements are developed; - the model of the system dynamics of Forrestor-Graham was modified using the assimilation of space geo-monitoring information and implementation of the general criterion of the state of the environment; the simulation was performed; the assessment of the environmental condition of the city of Kyiv until 2025 was obtained for the first time; - the method of multicriteria optimization, the method of analysis of hierarchies, the method of fractal analysis, the method of adaptive balance of influences were adapted to substantiate the status of wetlands in the upper reaches of the Kiev reservoir.
