The frequency and causes of postoperative lethality in newborns with GSH and the effect of hypothermia and increasing the duration of the preoperative period on their survival have been determined. The basic criteria of prenatal diagnosis of the GSH in the fetus are determined. The influence of the method of transporting a patient from GS to the frequency of VAD is determined. For the first time, the effect of the moderate resolution (Caesarean section or vaginal birth) on the frequency and degree of VAD and anatomical features of GSH was determined, the main criteria of prenatal diagnosis were determined and the algorithm of postnatal diagnosis of this defect was developed. A new strategy and tactics of surgical treatment of gastroschisis in newborns have been developed, depending on the nature of the defect and the degree of viscero-abdominal disproportion.5481 Product Description popup.authors Джам О.П.
