The subject of the study is the patterns of changes in the operational performance of threaded joints in the conditions of operation of grain seeders. The aim of the work is to evaluate the quality of threaded joints during the development, production, during operation by constantly influencing the conditions of its creation, and on this basis - clarification of the regulatory documentation. Research methods: abstract-logical, system-structural, formalization, graphic, statistical, laboratory and field experiment (investigation of oscillations of threaded connections, determination of their operability), vibration diagnostics. System analysis of the design of the SZ type seeder shows that many components of the machine at different levels of complexity have threaded connections, the largest number of them is fixed in the tank system, which has the highest priority in the number of functions performed. The obtained dependences show that the integrity of the threaded connections is provided by its frequency, dissipative characteristics, which can be used to characterize the probability of opening the joint of the connected parts. Substantiated quality indices of threaded joints of seeders under operating conditions, a methodology for their evaluation, a map of measurements of their parameters was developed. A program and a technique for studying the spectral characteristics of vibrations of threaded joints of the SZ-3,6A seeder under field conditions and experimental laboratory studies of threaded joints have been developed.
