The culturally-morphological and physiological-biochemical characteristics of these microorganisms are determined. Characterized by molecular genetic features of black antarctic yeast Pseudonadsoniella brunnea, which cultivar has antifungal and antibacterial effect on phytopathogenic fungi and bacteria. The composition of the culture medium, which is optimal for the growth of Antarctic microscopic fungi Mucor circinelloides and Geomyces pannorum - active lipid producers, is experimentally substantiated. The physiological bases of induction of adaptive reactions of two types of winter wheat (Mironovskaya 808 and Roazon) under the conditions of phytopathogenic fungi (pathogens of cercosporylosis) and the influence of BAS of bacteria-antagonists of the genus Bacillus are determined. On the basis of data analysis and comparison with the previously obtained results, recommendations and proposals have been developed for the implementation and use of research results, in particular on the prospects of using the microorganisms used in various fields of the national economy, medicine, and promising for use in environmental technologies.
