O.S.Kolomiychenko popup.description2 The features of the clinical picture, the data of computer tomography of patients with aspirin triad and polypous rhinosinusitis with and without allergies have been studied. The levels of amidolytic trypsin-, thrombin-, plasmin- and kallikrein-like activities were determined, the content of the main inhibitors of proteolysis - ?1-inhibitor of proteinases and ?2-macroglobulin - in the tissues of polyps of patients with polypous rhinosinusitis with and without allergies were estimated. The formation of non-functionaly fragmented enzymes’ derivatives that retaining partially the hydrolytic action and are not susceptible to inactivation by protein inhibitors is shown. Quantitative differences in the levels of fragmented derivatives of enzymes in the tissues of polyps are determined dependently to the presence of allergy or it’s absence. No less attention is paid to non-functionally associated forms of proteins that form deposits in the tissues of polyps. Morphological analysis of polyps of the nasal cavity showed a pronounced polymorphism of the structural constituents that form them. The high information content of the combined use of light and polarization microscopy for the studies of the development of the pathological process was shown, especially for the detection of such deposits in the tissues of polyps. At first, the informational value of a complex study of the structure of polyps, their relationship with the biochemical indicators and their basic role in the formation of features of the disease were studied. The obtained experimental data are in the good agreement with the well-known fundamental provisions concerning the mechanisms of the functioning of protein systems, the ways and consequences of the violation of their regulation.
