In the comparative analysis in terms of observation up to 3 months, there were no significant differences in the activity of chondrogenesis stimulation of cellular reactions in the area surrounding tissue defect. After the application of MMSCs with varying degrees of differentiation into the defect zone, fibrotic processes were less pronounced compared with the control group. The peculiarities of cultivation of MMSC and chondrocytes on human fascia and collagen sponges were studied, bio -compositions of mesenchymal cells on these bio-carriers were created. Their influence on regeneration of damaged cartilage has been studied. Marked fibrialogenesis alongside with activation of chondrogenesis was noted after application of biocompositions of cells with fascia.
