O.S.Kolomiychenko popup.description2 The acute trauma, the effect of sounds of high intensity causes a specific lesion of the auditory system. It is precisely with the influence of powerful sounds, which are often accompanied by a shock wave in the application of various types of weapons, encountered during the performance of official duties of the military serviceman, which makes the acupuncture damage of the auditory system to a professional pathology. In this regard, it is necessary to objectively diagnose the disturbances in the different parts of the auditory analyzer, as well as extra-abnormal manifestations in the acutrauma. We examined 152 people who were in the area of ??antiterrorist operation (ATO). This is a characteristic of auditory function, taking into account extra-normal manifestations in persons who received an acute trauma in the ATO zone, which were divided into three groups depending on the auditory characteristics of auditory disorders. Control was provided by 15 healthy normal people who did not have contact with intense noise. There were 167 people in total. The purpose of the work is to determine the most significant indicators of clinical, electroacoustic, psychoacoustic and electrophysiological studies taking into account extra-normal manifestations in persons who received an acute trauma in the area of ??antiterrorist operation in terms of prediction of course, ways of correction of SDP and prevention of the development of severe hearing impairment. Methods of research: clinical; subjective audiometry, acoustic impedance measurement, auditory-induced potentials (CRSD and DSPP), reoencephalography (REG), electroencephalography (EEG) and vestibulometry. The work describes the state of the different parts of the auditory analyzer with acupuncture and describes extra-outer manifestations. Significant changes in the level of the stroboscopic and cortical structures of the auditory analyzer, as well as disturbances of central regulation and signs of incompleteness of the compensatory and adaptive mechanisms of the auditory system in the affected area of the ATP, were detected. Existing extra-abnormal violations have been detected in the patients under investigation, indicating an intentional systemic impact of the battle acoutrauma. Our studies allowed us to establish the presence of a violation of the auditory function by the type of sound perception, based on the data of both subjective and objective audiometry, as well as extra-radial manifestations in persons who received an acute trauma in the zone of ATO and determine the most informative features according to the complex clinical and instrumental studies in terms of prognosis of the course and ways of correction of sensoroneural hearing impairments in combat acupuncture.
