On the basis of finite-element modeling, we have received ideas about the power regime, the form-change and the stress-strain state of the workpiece when extruded by the schemes of reverse extrusion and direct extrusion with the distribution of products with a cavity. The obtained research results allow to broaden the idea of precise three-dimensional stamping of the precision parts, in particular the type of "sleeves". An overview of the processes that provide the stamping of hollow details of a complex profile at a reduced energy consumption due to the rational distribution of degrees of mold change is carried out. On the basis of the conducted analysis systematization of methods of stamping of hollow products is carried out. The theoretical analysis allowed to develop mathematical and physical models of processes of exact volumetric deformation.
