The aim of the research: development of theoretical positions, methodological approaches, economic instruments and leverage scientific recommendations on formation of organizational and economic mechanism of diversification of energy sources of Ukrainian industry are based on economic grounds implementation of renewable and alternative energy sources. Methods of the research: systematic, situational approaches, methodological synthesis, structural decomposition and synthesis, systematization, generalization, economic and mathematical modeling, fuzzy logic modeling, hypothetical-deductive method, comparison, formal-logical method. Results: development of methodological guidelines for carrying out an assessment of the level of energy saving in the groups of indicators of interconnected processes of energy consumption and energy production by renewable and alternative sources of energy and determining the degree of energy efficiency; development of the economic-mathematical model of determination of the value of the produced energy at the use of energy-saving technologies, based on which the calculation of the useful power withdrawn from the system of power supply on the basis of renewable and alternative sources of energy; development of an analytical model for determining the ecological and economic efficiency in the transformation of energy consumption..
