Objective: increasing the productivity and accuracy of manufacturing of parts for defense and energy function by creating high-tech mechatronic machine tools with tooling. Theoretical and practical results: A knowledge base on the processing of energy and military components was created. The method of structural-parametric synthesis of heavy machine tools, as well as norms of cutting modes is developed. The results of structural and mechanical investigations of hardened instrumental materials are obtained. Novelty: A method for designing the assembly of metal-cutting machine tools based on the classification characteristics of the machined parts, taking into account operating loads and various factors of the work process and ensuring the required level of quality, accuracy, and productivity, is developed. The criteria, target functions and constraints for optimization of cutting modes during establishment of norms for heavy machine tools with CNC are substantiated. Efficiency of implementation: It is planned to expand the range of workpieces by 15-20%. Increase processing efficiency by 30-40% and reduce its cost by 15% compared to existing machines.
