Objective: Development of intelligent system for increasing the speed and reducing the complexity of technological preparation of production of new products. Theoretical and practical results: built structural models, reflecting the impact of factors on the duration of the process steps and the total processing time; developed a mathematical model of resource machining; designed neural network system of technological preparation of manufacture of new products; developed algorithms build, configure, and optimize the structure of neural input modules of the system; developed information model of the system; performed system testing on real data. Scientific novelty: an approach to the preparation of the production process, not based on standardized calculations, process parameters, and on the generalization of accumulated experience in the enterprise design processes; to investigate the association between the characteristics and resources necessary for the manufacture of parts; further developed the theory of typical and group technological processes through the use of neural network modeling details; improved method of estimating the parameters of the neural network, based on the analysis of the structure of the training data. Efficiency: The proposed development permit to improve the procedure of technological preparation of production of new products in enterprises. Applications: machine-building enterprises. The features of the resources of the assessment process required for the manufacturing of products, as well as factors affecting the resource intensity of production; carried out the construction of mathematical models of resource provision of technological operations; explores the characteristics of information support of resource models; developed block diagrams of synthesis algorithms, operation, optimization of the structure and training of neural network modules of technological preparation of production system; developed information model of the system; performed testing of system.
