Object of research - influence of processes of functioning of sources of the distributed generation on working hours of distributive networks, stability, efficiency and reliability of systems of power supply of rural consumers. The operation purpose - development of scientific and methodical bases of determination of composition and parameters of technical means of hybrid power supply systems, reasons for stability of systems, operation modes and volumes of automation, algorithms of functioning of hybrid power supply systems for the purpose of support of optimum operation modes of distributive electrical networks in the presence of sources of the distributed generation and the given levels of reliability of power supply which will be the basis for improvement of quality of electrical power supply of customers in rural regions. Research methods - researches are based on methods of calculus mathematics, application-oriented statistic analysis, simulation and mathematical modeling with use of the theory of electrical circuits and an electromagnetic field, the reliability theory, systems analysis and synthesis of end-to-end hybrid systems, information analysis methods with use of the modern computer technologies. In the report of research work the principles of intellectual integration of sources of the distributed generation to distributive electrical networks of rural regions are proved. The system analysis, theoretical justification of rational power of sources of the distributed generation and justification of the principles of formation of dynamic islands at switching off in distributive electrical networks of rural regions is carried out. The optimum level of sectioning of distributive electrical networks of rural regions taking into account sources of the distributed generation is as a result defined. It is theoretically proved and are calculated indicators of reliability of electric systems with sources of the distributed generation. The carried-out search of indicators of reliability of the elements describing sources of the distributed generation based on imitating modeling by the probabilistic Monte Carlo method, has allowed to prove expediency of introduction of sources of the distributed generation in a segment of a distributive electrical network according to change of indicators of reliability of power supply. Formations of system of multilevel monitoring are described. Economically expedient locations of sources of the distributed generation in the existing distributive networks of 10 kV with use of modifications of a gradient method are defined and also economically reasonable capacities of sources of the distributed generation in the existing distributive networks of 10 kV with use of the modified Newton's method are determined in the locations. Mathematical modeling of electromagnetic and electromechanical transition processes, calculations of static and dynamic stability of the studied segment of a distributive electrical network with sources of the distributed generation is carried out. On their basis features of mutual influence of an electrical network and sources of the distributed generation are studied. Features of functioning of systems of relay protection and automatic equipment of a segment of a distributive electrical network with sources of the distributed generation in the latest conditions are revealed. Working hours of the wind and solar stations taking into account stochastic sizes for Kiev region are investigated. The reasonable principles of creation of the wind power system with combined electricity supply and water pumping on the basis of the permanent magnet electric linear generator. The conducted researches of electromagnetic and electromechanical processes in cylindrical permanent magnet electric linear generator of back-and-forth motion of the wind power system with combined electricity supply and water pumping.
