The influence of dyes on the PL CdS NP appears in the transformation of its spectrum as a result of the processes of transferring energy from NP CdS to dyes and depends on the absorption of the dye. The optimal resonance-optical parameters of the intermediate cluster interactions were obtained and two types of SPR processes in the NS SnO2 films were detected. The nature of the gas sensitivity of dyes based on Sn (IV) complexes has been revealed, based on their chemical composition and molecular structure, and on the peculiarities of the formation of NS on their base, which can be used as sensory elements of gas sensors. The main reason for the interaction between TiO2 and ZnO and immune complexes of biomolecules is established - the electrostatic effect of uncompensated partial charge in protein complexes on the surface charge of TiO2. It has been shown that TiO2 and ZnO films have the physical propert ies necessary for the creation of biosensors on their basis.
