The subject of research is the theoretical reproduction of global evolutionary processes taking place in mentality, culture and social institutions in the phase of a society of risk and the resulting transformation of the instrumental-methodological and conceptual apparatus of scientific theory. The analysis of cultural, value and spiritual aspects of civilization development, in particular, considers the importance of regional, ethnic and ethno-national factors in the context of globalization of culture.
