The corresponding analysis of acousto-optic interaction was carried out for GaP cubic crystals. In addition, the global maxima of the electrooptical effect in crystalline crystals of KDP, ADP and Ba (NO3)2, global maxima of the piezooptical effect in SrB4O7 crystals, and global maxima of the acousto-optical effect in KDP and CaWO4 crystals were determined. The idea of creating the crystalline nanocomposites with given anisotropy as active elements of optoelectronic devices has further developed. Thus, a method for obtaining the nanoparticulates of KDP, triglycine sulfate and Roсhelle salt in mesopores of nanoporous matrices from anodized aluminum oxide was tested.
