The formulation consist of natural-synthetic hybrid matrix on the basis of xantanic resins, mesoporous nonorganic nanoparticles of hydrophosphates or zirconium oxide with the radioscope contrast core and the surface immobilized bone marrow growth factor, curing initiation system as well. The formulation have the necessary rheological, thixotropic properties and are able to fill considerable bone defects. After curing they form nonshrinkable durable formulations which have high adhesion to bone and accelerate of reparative osteogenesis. The radioscope contrast core permits to control the healing of defects. The test of the formulations for the healing bone defects of rat tails confirm their high effectiveness.
