It is proved that in view of the macroeconomic cycle, it is necessary to take into account the dual nature of the markets for investment and consumer goods both on the supply side and on the demand side, namely on the market of investment goods in conditions of simple reproduction, the proposal is represented by the volume of goods corresponding to the production capacities of this sector, and demand is limited only by depreciation of fixed capital. In the consumer goods market, the offer is represented by goods of two classes - ordinary goods and high-quality goods. Demand is represented by two income classes - wages (income from the factor "labor") and profits (income from the factor "capital"). On the basis of the study of the transition from simple reproduction to extended, the aggravation of the problem of imbalance of natural-real and value proportions of aggregate commodity capital is shown. The analysis of the cyclical capital movement has been carried out and it has been shown that during the period of the cyclical economic crisis, the share of the value of the fixed capital fund in the annual commodity product of the society is decreasing; in the period of cyclical recovery - is increasing.  The theoretical analysis of the crisis of the neoliberal model of globalization, which led to the processes of deindustrialization in many countries of the world, including Ukraine, was presented. It is shown that due to the restoration of the development of high-tech industries in the real sector of the economy, there is a change in the global economic model that gives a chance to overcome the negative effects of the global crisis. The analysis of different models of capitalism in the conditions of neo-liberal globalization, including those that arose in the post-socialist space, was carried out. It is shown that solving the contradiction that has developed in the Ukrainian economy between current and long-term tasks is possible on the basis of a reproductive approach.
