The main trends of the development of the modern world economy and the competitiveness of Ukraine in the global market are determined according to the main indicators of the World Economic Forum (World Economic Forum); Sectoral Competitiveness Analysis was conducted. The market of intellectual property is investigated and on the basis of the offered measures on development and realization of export potential of Ukraine. The conclusion is made about reorientation of the country's economy in the conditions of globalization into the world high-tech market, Ukraine has high potential in its development potential. The mechanism of implementation of innovation strategy in Ukraine is formed. The priority directions of the innovation strategy, especially in the high-tech sector, are investigated, components and scenarios of the promotion of high-tech products to the external market on the basis of the concept of integrated marketing communications. The strategy of commercialization and promotion of technological innovations is considered in detail. Thus, the establishment of Interregional Center for business research and the promotion of innovative products on the external and internal markets as modern institutional units in advancing the scientific development of Ukrainian developers and producers for export is grounded. The methodical recommendations for advancement of projects of commercialization of technologies and methodical recommendations for carrying out of technological audit are developed. The project of creation of centers for promotion of scientific developments and industrial products on the external and internal markets on the basis of innovative universities and the mechanism of functioning of support of innovative projects: assessment of investment, financial and economic attractiveness is substantiated. The algorithm of coordination of conjunctural support of innovative products is created. The suggested methodological recommendations for the formation of the data bank concerning innovative scientific developments of domestic scientists and producers for their promotion for export. For the correction of the forecast of the dynamics of economic indicators of the development of innovative conjuncture support of innovation products, a mathematical model of the cyclicality of demand for export products of Ukraine is proposed. It provides an opportunity to take into account the inherent cyclicality of innovation development.
