The scientific significance of the project results is in the development of new methods of integrated evaluation of complex systems using expert assessments and quantitative measurements of characteristics of various factors of their development under uncertainty and information asymmetry. The practical result of the project is to create a universal distributed information system based on microservice architecture and designed for the "rapid development" of applied applications (APMs) for collection, storage, intellectual elaboration, publication of data that can be used to substantiate the strategic decisions.
