The concentration of the modifiers was (0,1?5,0) wt. % of the mass of the PP. The purpose of the work is to establish the mechanism of the influence of compilibilizers on micro- and macro-rheological processes in nano-filled polymer mixtures. Methods of investigation: capillary viscometry, electronic and optical microscopy, spectrometry, differential thermal analysis, methods for investigating bactericidal and mechanical properties of filaments and the effectiveness of filter materials. The concept of perfection of the matrix-fibrillar structure in incompatible nanofilled combi-blended polymer mixtures has been developed. The modification effect occurs when using polar and nonpolar additives, depending on their nature, concentration and selective placement in the volume of one of the components or on the boundary of phase separation. On condition the introduction of nano additives in the melt of PP the microfibers are formed, and the predominant localization of nanoparticles in the thermodynamically advantageous phase causes the emergence of other types of structures - intertwined morphology and concentrically located rings. The mechanism of formation of liquid jets (microfibers) by a polymer of a dispersed phase in a matrix, which consists in the synergistic effect of both modifiers on the realization of phenomena and processes in the polymeric dispersion - decreases the surface tension, changes the rheological properties of the components of the mixture, increases the affinity between polymers and the degree of dispersion and deformation of drops of the disperse phase. Nanoparticles localized in a stream suppress the growth of the amplitude of the wave of destructive perturbation, stabilize the finest microfibers, preventing their decay. The practical result of the research is the development of complex threads from nano-filled PP microfiber, which have high hygienic properties and exhibit antimicrobial action. By the method of 3D-forming new fine-fiber filters were obtained, and they, according to their main characteristics, are at the level of foreign analogues.
