The purpose of the study is to reveal the ideas, concepts, principles, approaches, forms, methods, methods and means of constructive formation of social responsibility of the individual as a prerequisite for the development of civil society in modern sovereign Ukraine. To achieve the goal and distinguish the tasks set during the search activity, the following complementary research methods were used: analytical and project theorizing, psychological testing and survey, epistemic justification, critical analysis, reflexive synthesis, criterion comparison, logical-empirical induction, logical-semantic deduction, theoretical and methodological modeling, configuration and typology, problem-module methodology, thinking and psychosocial th experiment. The most significant results that contain scientific novelty are the synthetic deepening of the contents of philosophical, sociological, psychological and educational views on genesis, patterns and mechanisms of development, conditions, forms, methods, means and technologies of organic and purposeful (special) formation of social responsibility in children , young people and adults in the modern realities of Ukrainian society, and in this way, the establishment of a civil society. The development and training implementation of technology for the formation of social responsibility in children, youth and adults; description and creation of appropriate psychodidactic conditions for the formation of responsible behavior of future social workers for the module-developing organization of the educational process. At the same time, the theoretical and applied aspects of introduction of technologies in the socio-humanitarian sphere and the professional system of training practice, aimed at forming social responsibility of youth, including social workers and psychologists, are covered.
