The purpose of the work is to substantiate the necessity of using the method of management accounting as an important tool for effective enterprise management based on the analysis of the enterprise's activity and the existing accounting system, generalization and substantiation of theoretical principles and the development of practical recommendations for conducting management accounting of the existing enterprise. Methods of research - the methodological basis of the study is a dialectical method of knowledge of the current state of accounting and analysis of accounts receivable enterprises. To achieve a specific goal, system analysis is used as a general method of research. In the process of research also used general scientific and special methods of economic research: historical, induction and deduction - to reveal the essence of the concept of "accounts receivable"; generalization and grouping - to improve the classification of such indebtedness; analysis, synthesis and modeling - to improve the organizational and methodical principles of accounting for accounts receivable; correlation - to forecast the volume of receivables; grouping - to determine the factors of influence on it; comparison, economic-mathematical modeling, graphical method and coefficient analysis - to improve the order of analysis of calculations and receivables in the enterprises producing juices. Recommendations for implementation of the management accounting system for more effective decision-making by the centers of responsibility for Fruit Master Foods LLC (juice production enterprises) are suggested.
