Purpose of the work: to reveal the formation pattern of the combined immunological, hematological and psychosomatic disorders in oncological patients and to determine individual risk factors for complications of antitumor treatment. Methods of investigation and equipment: immunological, hematological, biochemical, clinical, morphological, statistical methods; light microscopes, flow cytofluorimeter, spectrophotometer, hematological and immune enzyme analyzers. Theoretical and practical results: patterns of the formation of regulatory disorders in еndometrial and breast cancer patients during combined treatment are established. Risk groups have been defined and mathematical models of development of certain hematological, immune and psychosomatic disorders in еndometrial and breast cancer patients have been developed. The methodology of preliminary grouping of patients based on heart rate variability has been developed, which allows individualizing the supposed immunohematological and psychosomatic complications. Novelty: the approach to the determination of the individual risk of the emergence of specific immune and hematological disorders and psychosomatic violations in antitumor treatment of oncological patients, which is based on an assessment of the initial state of vegetative regulation and the registration of certain gematological, immune and endocrine indicators, is for the first time justified. Efficiency of introduction: timely forecasting of hematological, immune and psychosomatic complications development of antitumor treatment in endometrial and breast cancer patients will allow to prescribe accompanying treatment which will let the treatment be carried out in full volume, reduce the length of hospitalization and improve the quality of life of oncological patients. Sphere of application: oncology, radiology. Product Description popup.authors Євдокименко В.І. Іваненко М.О. Громакова І.А. Кошелєва І.В. Кругова І.М. Кузьменко О.В. Москаленко М.В. Пономарьов І.М.
