Purpose: to define biochemical and cellular aspects of the individual variability of efficacy of radioprotectors. Methods: radiobiological, hematological, mo rphological, statistical. Equipment: x-ray installation RUM-17, universal dosimeter UNІDOS, auto hematology analyzer RT-7600, laminar case MN 120, incubator СО2 EU-160, centrifuge NF 800, microscope Leіca 6000B, chambers Leіca DFC 310 FX, microscope Leіca DM ІL LED, microscope Axіolab 94D 2601, object-micrometer. Theoretical and practical results: it was established the prognostic significance the parameters of individual reactivity of organism for estimation of effectiveness of radioprotective influence of S-heteryl modified cysteamine (S-GMC). It was determined the highest efficiency of S-GMC in normal-reactive and hypo-reactive animals, the smallest - in hyper-reactive animals. It was shown, that the changes of biochemical parameters (total protein, creatinine, alkaline phosphatase in blood serum) are independent from type of individual reactivity and are labile links of individual response to radioprotector and are independent of type of individual reactivity. It was revealed the stable cell effects of radioprotector influence of S-GMC as decreased of apoptotic death of mielocariocytes and saved the ratio of progenitor/ differentiated cells of hematopoietic lineage in bone marrow (BM). The algorithm for estimation of regenerative potential of hematopoietic stroma with the number of clonogenic mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) BM has been developed. Novelty: for the first time in experiment have been identified biochemical (labile) and cellular (stable) links of the individual response of irradiated organism to the influence of S-GMC, the new results have been received at an estimation of the individual response to action of radioprotectors.
