Aim of study: the aim is the improvement the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with edematous breast cancer through the development of tactics of individualization of treatment based on the assessment of molecular-biological markers of tumor. Research methods and equipment: clinical, instrumental, biochemical, electron microscopic, morphological, immunohistochemical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: scientific data have been obtained regarding the objective determination of tumor prevalence and secondary mammary edema in the dynamics of treatment. An increase in the level of VEGF for treatment in all patients with SEBC was established, which indicates a high tumor aggressiveness. The prognostic significance of VEGF levels with neoadjuvant polychemotherapy was proved. An algorithm for choosing the tactics of neoadjuvant treatment of patients with SEBC was developed taking into account the optimal combination of prognostic molecular biological markers of tumor aggressiveness. Novelty: for the first time, the ways of individualizing of the complex treatment of patients with secondary edematous breast cancer, based on the molecular-biological characteristics of the tumor, are substantiated. The method of prediction of the development of relapses of the SEBC after complex treatment is developed, which allows reliably to predict the occurrence of relapse in the early stages of its development. Scientific data on clinical-morphological and ultrastructural features of SEBC are supplemented. Implementation efficiency: reducing the number of courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, which allows saving over 10,000 hryvnias per patient (hospital stay costs and medication). Area of application: oncology. Product Description popup.authors Єсіпова Н.М. Білий О.М. Гребіник Л.В. Грищенко Т.П. Забобоніна Л.В. Канцедал О.М. Коломацька В.В. Кондрашова О.I. Красносельський М.В.
