Objective: To increase the effectiveness of the combined treatment of patients with ovarian cancer stage III-IV through the development of technology of individualization of neoadjuvant chemotherapy based on an assessment of molecular and biological properties of the tumor using videolaparosсopy. Research Methods and Accs: clinical, radiological, immunological, morphological, statistical, a device diagnostic ultrasonic GEE0843, automatic hematologic analyzer SF-3000 "SYSMEX". Theoretical and practical results: interelation between the level of expression of molecular-biological markers and therapeutic to the pathomorphism tumour at patient with the cancer of ovaries is set. Meaningfulness of determination of level of expression of molecular-biological markers is well-proven for the estimation of risk of development that, or other type of relapse for patients cancer of ovaries of III-IV of the stage. The method of the combined treatment is worked out due to determination of type of relapse of disease depending on the level of expression of molecular-biological markers VEGF, Bcl-2, Ki67 and p53, that allowed to individualize the choice of charts of treatment and to prevent the onset of relapses. The novelty: for the first time in Ukraine was developed the technology of complex treatment of patient with a cancer ovaries of III-IV stage based on of estimation of level of expression of molecular-biological markers of tumour and their correlation with a kind the relapse of disease. Determined the indications for the diagnostic videolaparoscopy for patients the widespread cancer of ovaries. The effectiveness of implementation: the economic effect is to reduce the number of cycles of second-line chemotherapy, which saves more than 10,000 UAH for one patient with stage III-IV ovarian cancer (hospital stay and medication).
