Purpose: comparison in an experiment of antitumor activity, tumorotrophy and acute toxicity of complexes of chemotherapy with nano-sized inorganic carriers of Ukrainian production. Methods: radiobiological, physical and chemical, morphological, statistical methods. Equipment: X-ray machine RUM-17, universal dosimeter UNIDOS, microscope Leica 6000 B, digital camera Leica DFC 310 FX, spectrophotometer SPECORD 200, spectrofluorometer Lumina. Theoretical and practical results: it was determined the antitumor activity of nanocomplex doxorubicin with orthovanadates of gadolinium on the growth inhibition index of Guerin's carcinoma - 46,1%. The kinetic parameters of growth of Guerin's carcinoma by the time of doubling of tumor volume (Td, day) were 3,13 vs 2,30. The radiation sensitizing effect of nanocomplexes of doxorubicin in combination with X-ray irradiation (dose 10.0 Gy on tumor growth zone) was determined in the induction of tumor cell apoptosis in the Guerin carcinoma at 6 and 24 hours after irradiation and the growth inhibition index. Novelty: for the first time in the experiment was developed a method for the preparation of complexes of doxorubicin with magnetic nanoparticles and nanoparticles of orthovanadates of gadolinium and it was determined the antitumor activity.
