Purpose of study: it is to determine an influence of antitumor therapies on the development of the adverse effects of thyroid cancer. Research methods and facilities: are methods of parametric and non-parametric statistics, multidimensional statistical analysis, technology of search of the hidden knowledge, actuarial calculations. Theoretical and practical results: the electronic database of early (120 persons) and late (68 people) results of treatment of thyroid cancer were created. Frequency of adverse early somatoneurological consequences were obtained at the base of statistical processing these databases. There were: anemia - 15.8%, sialoadenitis - 27.5%, gastritis - 2.5%, cardiac rhythm disorders - 72.5%, polyneuropathy - 67.5%. For the first time, the dependence of their occurrence on the presence of concomitant pathology (hypoparateriosis, hypocalcemia, ulcer disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart failure, connective tissue disease, varicose veins of the lower extremities) and anamnestic data (age, sex, stage of the disease, number of surgical interventions and courses of radionuclide therapy, the status on the ECOG scale) were obtained. The practical result is the creation of an electronic databases of early (120 people) and late (68 people) results of thyroid cancer treatment. To use these databases allow for the analysis and comparison of clinical data. Novelty: scientific data on the factors that contribute to the occurrence of anemia, gastritis, sialoadenitis, cardiac arrhythmias, polyneuropathies have been refined.
