THE INTERACTION OF ATOMS AND MOLECULES OF ATMOSPHERIC GASES WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, RADAR MEASUREMENT REFLECTION WEATHER DOPPLER RADAR, DOPPLER SPEED PROBING RADIATION HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL MONITORING RADAR SYSTEM, THE RADAR FIELD. The object of the study is the spatial and energy structure and characteristics of the meteorological radar system for the Black Sea region of Ukraine and its radar field, the characteristics of the radar stations that make up the system, as well as the features of electromagnetic sounding of atmospheric gas molecules. The purpose of the work is to create a system of remote radar reception of measuring information with the task of monitoring the entire thickness of the troposphere for the Black Sea region of Ukraine, taking into account the macroscopic and microscopic features of the processes of interaction of radiation with atmospheric components. The theoretical bases of the new fundamental approach to the determination of the spectroscopic characteristics of heavy elements (atoms and molecules) in the environment of buffer (atmospheric) gases are described, which has direct theoretical and practical significance, including for solving problems of detecting certain harmful impurities in the atmosphere (for example, heavy items). The advanced quantum-kinetic approach to theoretical modeling of nonlinear optical (spectroscopic) effects in the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with the gas atmosphere is proposed and the peculiarities of energy exchange in the mixture of CO2-N2-H20 atmospheric gases are determined, which is important for further solving the problems of atmospheric sounding. A systematic approach to the creation of a meteorological radar system for the Black Sea region of Ukraine and its radar field is developed, which allows optimizing the system by many indicators. A geometric approach is developed to form the required radar field, which allows simple methods to obtain the result and to meet the various requirements for a meteorological radar monitoring system: from the most economical variant of the energy of the sounding radiation to the most stable variant of the system construction. Proposed measures for construction of a stable radar field of the hydrometeorological monitoring system. The most rational way of distributing the energy of the sounding radiation in the observation space is developed, which allows the use of energy of sounding radiation efficiently. Based on the proposed approaches, two variants of the system are being constructed for the Black Sea region of Ukraine. It is proposed when creating probing radiation to increase the resolution of meteorological radars by distance, while maintaining the pulse duration, which determine the signal energy, to extend the spectrum of the emitted impulses. The use of these complex frequency-modulated signals and their time compression when processed in the receiver can largely meet the current requirements for accuracy, volume and reliability of radar information. The results of mathematical modeling of the system of formation and processing of probing pulses with linear frequency modulation are presented, as well as methods of weight processing of signals are considered. The proposed automated meteorological radar system is designed to detect objects of atmospheric phenomena bound to it, and in the Doppler mode of operation - to detect the parameters of radial velocities and to transmit this information to automated air traffic control systems.Conditions of repor reseiving: by contract, 65016, c.
