The aim of the work is to develop a technology production of high-energy LPS with a solid or plasticized "solvent-free" polymeric electrolyte, negative electrode based on lithium and lithium-aluminum alloys, and positive electrode based on lithiated oxides of metals that can be recharged, characterized by high specific energy per weight and volume, long service life, increased safety during operation and low self-discharge. Methods of investigation - thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, nuclear magnetic resonance, impedance spectroscopy, electrochemical investigation in galvanostatic mode and cyclic voltammetry. Characteristics of the manufactured based on the developed technology and tested LPS exceed the characteristics of Li-ion polymer batteries manufactured by industry today: a wide range of temperature operation: from minus 20 °C to 120 °C due to the high thermal stability of the developed solid polymer electrolytes; high specific energy due to the replacement of carbon-based anode on lithium anode: 265 W·hour/kg; high safety due to the lack of easily flammable aprotic solvents in the polymer electrolyte; affordability and low cost of cathode materials due to using of Ukrainian manganese ores.
