It is established that in the western and central regions of the country are adequate climatic and geographical and bio-phyllotic conditions for the formation and functioning of natural foci of zooanthroponotic transmissible and nontransmissible infections, in particular tularemia, Q-fever, WNF and HFRS. The spectrum of rodents and ticks species in endemic areas was studied. The increase in their density and the predominance of the private sector in livestock production are objective factors of the long existence of natural and anthropurgic foci of zooanthroponoses. It was revealed that the territory of the western region based on the results of seroepidemiological monitoring of the cumulative population is endemic at Q-fever, where the population of the countryside is at risk of exposure, and the Kiev region is hypoendemic in relation to C. burnetii. For the first time in the central region of the country a circulation of HFRS pathogens is established, which has a high medical and social importance for the population of this region and the country as a whole. The high proportion of identified seropositive persons among groups of high occupational risk of hantavirus infection determines the need for further in-depth study of the problem of HFRS in order to clarify the reasons for the situation. The large medical and social significance of WNF in the western region was confirmed by the results of hospital surveillance: the specific weight of the WNF in the structure of seasonal fevers was significant. For the first time the features of the clinical manifestation of the WNF have been studied, the epidemiological manifestations of this disease are important for the organization of medical care for such patients and the planning of countermeasures to protect the population from this vector-borne especially dangerous disease. The revealed natural foci cause the need for verification of diagnoses in patients with seasonal fevers in the system of practical public health service that will optimize the specific treatment of patients, reduce lethality and disability in case of affect with hantaviruses, C. burnetii, WN virus , F. tularensis.
