In order to determine the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures and correction of the recovery process, it is recommended to conduct the study three times: on admission, after a month of treatment and at the end of treatment. The rehabilitation program, which involves the use of stage and complex treatment with the inclusion of non-drug rehabilitation methods (acupuncture, manual, hirudo-and apitherapy), is pathogenetically grounded, as evidenced by a significantly positive assessment of functional scales, a decrease in the dependence of patients from others on the Bartel index by 20% (p <0,05) and a decrease in the invalidation of patients on the Rankin scale by 29% (p <0,05). The appointment of a complex of medical, physiotherapeutic and naturopathic methods in combination with classical methods of physical and psychological rehabilitation significantly improves the motor and sensory function of patients by 8% (p <0,05) on the NIHSS scale, significantly decreases the spastic tone of the affected muscles in patients at 12 % (p <0,05) according to the Ashford scale and improves the cognitive function on the MMSE scale by 19% (p <0,05). The use of a comprehensive, step-by-step approach to rehabilitation incorporating naturopathic methods and a combination of medical rehabilitation with social, professional and labor rehabilitation measures significantly improves the psycho-emotional state of patients and reduces the incidence of depression (by 44% (p <0,05) on the MADRS scale and by 40% (p <0,05) on the Beka scale). The subject of the study is a parenchymal hemispheric hemorrhagic stroke in the late rehabilitation period. The purpose of the work is to improve the diagnosis of conditions and strategies for rehabilitation of patients with hemorrhagic stroke in the late recovery and residual periods, by applying an individual (personified) comprehensive stage-by-stage rehabilitation on the basis of a clinical and laboratory examination, first of all, on the data of the nucleic exchange. The characteristics of patients upon admission, the score scales and the biochemical parameters of the nucleic exchange are given. Product Description popup.authors Андріюк П.П. Гдиря О.В.
