The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of endoscopic methods in the treatment of patients with urolithiasis of double-blind kidneys; improve the effectiveness of endoscopic methods and reduce the level of complications in the treatment of patients with urolithiasis with renal anomalies; to increase the efficiency of treatment of small renal units based on the results of renal resection, tumor exclusion, application of the method of radio frequency ablation; to improve the results of surgical treatment of hydronephrosis caused by the stroke of the pyloureteral segment by developing and applying a differentiated approach to the comprehensive use of modern non-invasive techniques (laparoscopic pyeloplasty, endopyelotomy, balloon dilation and laser dissection); to improve the results of treatment of patients with acute purulent pyelonephritis and suppuration of kidney cysts by pathogenetically grounded application of minimally invasive surgical techniques. Method of research - general, biochemical and bacteriological tests of blood and urine; X-ray, ultrasonographic and radioisotope methods for the examination of the kidneys and upper urinary tract, X-ray structural analysis of kidney stones; statistical analysis. Minimally invasive treatment methods have been improved on the basis of data analysis of 42 patients with nephrolithiasis of double-blind kidneys, 85 patients with nephrolithiasis of abnormal kidneys, treatment of which was accompanied by complications; results of minimally invasive treatment of 127 patients with small renal organs; the results of treatment of 180 patients with hydronephrosis, caused by primary and secondary strictures of PUS; as well as the results of the treatment of 264 patients with purulent-infectious diseases of VSVSH.
