The dependences between technological matrices for obtaining the structural state of the alloy, its chemical and microstructural homogeneity and residual porosity and corrosion resistance in aqueous solutions of chloride and sulfate acids were established. It is shown that in a 20% aqueous solution of chloride acid, the rate of corrosion of specimens of sintered titanium correlates with their density: when the density of specimens decreases, the rate of corrosion increases. In 40% aqueous solution of sulfate acid, the rate of corrosion of specimens of sintered Ti-6Al-4V alloy depends weakly on the density of the samples, and with the extension of the test base, this dependence is further weakened. The samples pass through during the tests in sulfate acid and practically do not corrode for further elongation. The results of gravimetric studies to estimate the corrosion losses of sintered titanium of various structural states correlate with electrochemical studies. The corrosion resistance of the sintered Ti-6Al-4V alloy in 40% aqueous solution of sulfate acid is higher than in the 20% aqueous solution of chloride acid.
