The aim of the research is to evaluate sintering parameters influence, at low temperatures, on sintered ferromagnetic materials properties for choosing an optimal regime of their production. Scanning electron microscopy, x-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy and software for calculation of structure' constituents were used. The variable parameters were: planetary mill rotating speed was 100, 200 and 300 rpm; time of milling was from 20 to 60 min; a medium of milling was hydrogen, acetone, and oleic acid; pressing pressure was 2 and 5 t/cm2; it was sintered by hydrogenation and disproportionation and hydrogenation, disproportionation, desorption and recombination. It was found that powder sizes increase, porosity diminishes and grain size of sintered materials increase when: rotary speed, milling time and pressing pressure increase, with changing milling medium in a row - hydrogen, acetone, oleic aside. The powder particles sizes influence on microstructure homogeneity was found: in sintered materials the large particles do not has fine microstructure in its whole volume.
