Basic physical and mechanical properties of loose materials are given. The comparative analysis of dosers designs and technological parameters is carried out. Mathematical models for the loose materials dosing process have been developed, which allow determining the equipment design and technological parameters influence on the dosing process. The control systems structure for dosing devices is analyzed. The control system based on the fuzzy logic controller has been developed, which makes it possible to control the dosing process on the expert estimates basis. The work modeling results of the proposed control systems are presented. The mathematical model is developed and the modeling results of random oscillations influence in the flow of bulk material on the closed control systems operation for dosers are presented.
