The necessity is due to the lack of an objective (qualimetric) approach in the process of assessing the quality of the speed-loaded metal samples. The dissertation presents the results of the analysis of the process of evaluation of the quality level of loaded materials, which is based on the application of the expert method, which is decisive in assessing the quality of high-speed loaded metal materials. The subjective component that is present in assessing the quality of loaded materials causes a number of problems, which in some cases are characterized by inconsistency of expert opinions. The assumption for the solution of the problem is suggested in the dissertation. It is an application of methods of qualimetry as an auxiliary objective tool that can increase the reliability of the evaluation of the quality of metal materials in high-speed load conditions and unification of the evaluation process with the help of software. The results of theoretical and statistical studies on the evaluation of the quality level of speed-loaded metal materials by means of qualimetry methods are given. It is established that in order to increase the reliability of their evaluation, it is necessary to propose acceptable qualitative characteristics of metal materials, which, in the case of qualitative evaluation in conditions of high-speed loads, are represented by dynamic parameters. The following material parameters are defined such as: loading speed, longitudinal and transverse shear rates, along with the deformation rate. And the strength of the slit, are critical in assessing the quality level of loaded materials, since they are least varied in the area of loading of metal materials. The mathematical calculation of statistical data presented in the form of dynamic characteristics of loaded materials. It is established that the mean square deviation of statistical data is coefficient within the limits of the permissible variation. It is shown that increasing the reliability of the assessment of the quality of materials is permissible due to some adaptation of the methods of qualimetry due to the specific conditions in which the studied list of metal materials works. The paper presents the results of experimental studies of pulse-shock loading of metal samples. During the experiment, qualitative dynamic characteristics of the metal materials were obtained. It is determined that transverse and longitudinal shear rate, shear velocity and breaking strength are the determining factors in the process of assessing the quality level of loaded metal materials. Five possible variants of quality of samples were established with the help of the "Web of quality" cyclogram and the scale principle first applied to regional high-speed loads. The software "Assessment of the quality of shock-loaded materials" designed to calculate the quality levels of samples from alloys and metals, is based on the comparison and calculation of the basic and experimental dynamic parameters of the evaluated materials used in high-speed conditions. This software product is useful for enterprises and production associations involved in the development and manufacture of armored defense, personal protective equipment, elements of space technology, medical equipment. The application of the proposed qualimetric software allows to improve the existing methodology for assessing the quality of materials in high-speed conditions by carrying out a comprehensive and demonstrative assessment of the quality level, which simplifies the quality assessment procedure and uses the minimum time costs compared with the existing expert method.
