Existing geothermal equipment were modified and new geothermal equipment were specially developed including deep well once. The geothermal studies at regime geophysical stations (RGS) and observation points in different zones of the west of Ukraine were carried out. Data of geothermal studies in the hydrothermal wells of Transcarpathians and Precarpathians were received. Techniques of taking into account meteotemperature influences on extensometers data were created and low-amplitude deformation precursors of local Transcarpathian earthquakes were extracted with their use. Methods for studying and taking into account the thermal inertia of the borehole sound were created and the temperature profiles of the studied wells were refined with their application.
