The purpose of the study is to increase the level of teaching philosophy at universities. The research methods are dialectical, system-analytical, comparative-historical, hermeneutic, etc. The research is analyses the process transformation of education, subjected to the philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of cultural globalization of higher education, considered the problem of "New Humanism" as a regulatory ideal of internationalization of higher education. The consequences of the process of globalization in culture are investigated. The functioning of concepts and concepts as theoretical forms of conceptualization in the subject-practical, spiritual-practical, and scientific activities is investigated. The relations between politics and religion are analyzed, research of political structures and their influence on religious structures are conducted. The character of the influence of the religious factor on social processes in Ukraine is explored. System analysis of the methods of modern philosophical research and philosophical propaedeutics in higher educational institutions was conducted.
