Psychological methods: Potopysichological assessment of individual psychological features was studied using the questionnaire MMPI; questionnaire at Bekhterev Institute (OOBI); Mississippi scale for assessing post-traumatic reactions (military option); Traumatic Stress Questionnaire for the study of states due to the development of PTSD and acute stress disorder (OCD); The scale of the impact assessment of the traumatic event (Impact of Event Scale, IES-R), the questionnaire SF-36, the specialized questionnaire "Participant's Questionnaire" The mathematical processing of the results of the study was carried out using mathematical statistics. The assessment of the differences in the distribution of indicators for patients with different diagnoses was performed using Student's t-criterion, Spirman's rank correlation coefficient. Statistical data processing was carried out using statistical software package "Statistica 7.0 for Windows" (StatSoft Inc.), "Excel 2007" (Microsoft). As the growing severity and multiplicity of injuries in combat operations in the context of a modern armed conflict, issues become of fundamental importance. further improving the organization of providing medical, social and psychological assistance and medical evacuation. The advantage of this study is to apply a systematic approach to solving this problem. The complexity of medical and psychological assistance will contribute to a more coherent process of medical and social rehabilitation of participants in armed conflicts at such a correlation of its mechanisms, in which there will be no imbalance in its implementation, and its implementation will be more effective. The mechanisms of the socialization of combatants, their return to public life and the interaction of participants in local military conflicts and society (social environment and social environment) have been explored and described. A scientifically substantiated set of measures for prevention, reduction of disability and developed and implemented an optimized functional and organizational, multilevel model for the improvement of comprehensive medical and social assistance, which allowed to obtain the socio-economic effect as a result of the project implementation. The work has a scientific and applied value and is used in the development of programs of the MoH for the prevention and reduction of disability, improving the quality of medical and social and rehabilitation assistance to participants in military local conflicts, in particular, participants in the anti-terrorist operation and the peaceful population that suffered during its conduct. The idea of ??standardizing and objectifying the criteria of ITU is realized in the work, which allows to clearly define the factors of limitation of life and rehabilitation forecast at combat losses and their consequences. The proposed unified programs and technologies for the prevention and reduction of disability are implemented and effectively used in the practice of ITU and drug treatment. Special forms for collecting statistical information concerning the disability epidemiology of ATO participants and their needs in various types of rehabilitation assistance, including technical means of rehabilitation, have been developed and introduced.
